Isabelle Schrepfer er ansvarlig for IT-avdelingen i Villeroy &amp; Bochs detaljhandelsvirksomhet. Hun er forn\u00f8yd med at man i et 90-talls butikker i Europa har valgt Viametrics som leverand\u00f8r av kundetellersystemer. &#8211; N\u00e5 kan vi raskere og enklere m\u00e5le og f\u00f8lge opp kundeflyten i v\u00e5re butikker. Vi kan f\u00e5 daglig informasjon og ikke minst rask service hvis noe g\u00e5r galt, sier hun. &#8211; Det er helt klart at Villeroy &amp; Boch er en viktig kunde for oss. Vi har skreddersydd et prisgunstig system for en krevende kunde. Konsernets hovedkvarter ligger i Mettlach i Saarland, Tyskland, og man har rundt 8700 ansatte i 125 land over hele verden. Konsernet har 16 produksjonssteder i Europa, Mexico og Thailand. Kjernevirksomheten ligger innenfor omr\u00e5dene \u00abBaderom &amp; Wellness\u00bb og \u00abPorselen\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Samme system i alle butikker over hele verden<\/strong><br \/>Av de 600 butikkene handler det for Viametrics sin del innledningsvis om et 90-talls produkter, og systemene vil f\u00f8rst bli installert i skandinaviske butikker. &#8211; Men v\u00e5rt m\u00e5l er et system for alle v\u00e5re butikker, sier Isabelle Schrepfer. Villeroy &amp; Boch har ikke bare butikker i europeiske land som Tyskland, Frankrike, Storbritannia og i Mellom- og S\u00f8r-Europa, men har ogs\u00e5 etableringer i USA, Canada, Australia m.fl. &#8211; Jeg mener at Viametrics&#8217; system i kombinasjon med prisen er mest konkurransedyktig.
